I was looking for a vegan alternative to dairy cheese. I used to eat A LOT of cheese, too much - a 16oz bag of shredded dairy cheddar would last a few days. I started thinking about how and where dairy cheese comes from and kinda got grossed out and felt bad for the cows. So here I am, I am not vegan but this and Daiya are the only "cheeses" I'll eat whenever possible. My allergies thank me too, way less 🤧 now. Also, this melts just like the real thing, I love it! It costs more than real cheese, but it's worth it for my mind and body. I just eat less 🤷♀️
