I was charged and never received order. I sent numerous inquiries about the lateness of delivery and there has been no reply. Sent emails and left phone messages.

I live this cheese however I ordered the product, paid for it, and it never shipped. I tried to contact them multiple times and no response. It wasn’t until I put a claim in with my credit card compnay did they response admitting they were at fault and would ship it out. I received a tracking number however when you click on it, it says not shipped. It’s been almost two months since I placed the order and nothing was ever delivered. Unfortunately I won’t be ordering again. It’s too bad because the product is very good.

I placed an order over a month ago. The order was never shipped. Customer service rarely responds, and when they do, they invent excuses. There used to be a bunch of reviews from other people who also never received their orders. The company removes all negative reviews. They are not to be trusted. Stay far far away.

I was looking for a vegan alternative to dairy cheese. I used to eat A LOT of cheese, too much - a 16oz bag of shredded dairy cheddar would last a few days. I started thinking about how and where dairy cheese comes from and kinda got grossed out and felt bad for the cows. So here I am, I am not vegan but this and Daiya are the only "cheeses" I'll eat whenever possible. My allergies thank me too, way less 🤧 now. Also, this melts just like the real thing, I love it! It costs more than real cheese, but it's worth it for my mind and body. I just eat less 🤷‍♀️
